Like your IR website is the first stop for investing, your Press Room should be the first stop for media.

The media outreach section of your website may be called Press Room or Media Relations and usually includes at least the following:

  • Press releases
  • Official logos
  • Corporate backgrounder
  • Contact information

Keep the Press Room current to encourage bookmarking. Give information on use of logos to make it easy for the media to download a logo, saving you phone calls and emails.
