The SEC's notice and access rules now offer increased flexibility in how you present information to your shareholders.

Notice-only option: The SEC now allows you to furnish proxy materials to shareholders through the Web. Companies may now mail a notice to shareholders informing them when proxy materials are available online allowing for a reduction in expenses related to printing and postage of materials.
