In Fiscal 2005, a dividend of $0.06 per share of Common Stock was paid on April 11, 2005, and dividends of $0.08 per share of Common Stock were paid on July 11, 2005, October 11, 2005 and January 10, 2006. In Fiscal 2006, a dividend of $0.08 per share of Common Stock was paid on April 10, 2006, and dividends of $0.10 per share of Common Stock were paid on July 10, 2006, October 10, 2006 and January 10, 2007.
