I cannot hear or view anything, and the player is stuck "connecting...":
Make sure you select a player that has been detected on your computer. If you have done this, you most likely are having problems because a firewall is preventing you from accessing the data. Please consult your network administrator for more information about firewalls.
I cannot hear or view anything, and the player is stuck "buffering...":
Players often take some time to buffer if you are on a slow connection to the internet, or if there are poor Internet conditions. If you do not have access
to a faster connection, try closing all web browsers and programs connected to the internet. If that does not work, please try again later.
The player seems to be playing, but I cannot hear anything:
Make sure your speakers are functioning properly and the volume is turned up. If this doesn't help, try refreshing the page.
My browser often crashes during the presentation:
Please upgrade your browser to the newest release of Netscape or Internet Explorer, and your player to the newest release of Real Player or Windows Media Player.
