Common Problems
I cannot hear or view anything, and the player is stuck "connecting...":
Make sure you select a player that has been detected on your computer. If you have done this, you most likely are having problems because a firewall is preventing you from accessing the data. Please consult your network administrator for more information about firewalls.

I cannot hear or view anything, and the player is stuck "buffering...":
Players often take some time to buffer if you are on a slow connection to the internet, or if there are poor Internet conditions. If you do not have access to a faster connection, try closing all web browsers and programs connected to the internet. If that does not work, please try again later.

The player seems to be playing, but I cannot hear anything:
Make sure your speakers are functioning properly and the volume is turned up. If this doesn't help, try refreshing the page.

My browser often crashes during the presentation:
Please upgrade your browser to the newest release of Netscape or Internet Explorer, and your player to the newest release of Real Player or Windows Media Player. This presentation is designed to be viewable by the largest possible audience, but the many incompatibilities that exist between the supported operating systems, web browsers, and media players may cause instability depending on your particular configuration.
